This event involves dealing with common themes of teamwork, communication, leadership and professionalism as well as human factors in clinical error. It will also cover risk awareness in specific specialties, via workshops.

Specialty specific information
- Trainees are required to attend one of their designated specialty specific event only - please refer to the Information and Additional Information for your preferred event date, to ensure you book onto the correct event date
- It is not necessary to attend more than one event - multiple dates are provided for choice only
- ST1 GP Placement trainees must attend their designated events
- Hospital/Specialty GP Placement trainees should preferably attend their allocated specialty days, or if this is not possible may attend on any of the GP days instead
Length of Course: 1 day
Preparation: Delegates should be prepared, and will be asked, to discuss incidents they have seen in a confidential environment.
Related Courses: Once delegates have attended this masterclass they are advised to attend other Leadership, Management and Personal Development courses, in order to continue to develop further in these areas.
